Ad Placements

An Ad Placement is a set of rules for a group of Ads. You use Ad Placements to break your site's Ad Inventory up into manageable groups. Ad Placements will help you keep your Ads organized and simplify the task of updating and managing your Ads.

Placements can target things such as pages and Zones. You can then target Ads to the Placement. This makes it so you can create a set of targeting rules and use them for multiple Ads. An example would be creating an Ad Placement called "Topbar - Front Page”. This Placement would be set to target the Topbar Zone and the <front> page. You could then target Ads that have paid extra to this Placement.
