Any way we can resolve this? Because adplugg rewrite our ad URL for tracking, now it is being blocked by ad blocker

Unfortunately there's not much that we can do about it as web pages come down open source and you can program a browser (or browser plugin) to display (or not display) whatever you want.
One solution I found suggests that you detect ad blocker software and stop your content from being viewed without the ads. See this post for details. This might be a feature that we could add to AdPlugg. Please respond with any suggestions or additional ideas.
