Hi - I have 3 zones and 3 placements and all three are different sizes ads. Initially the ads show up and are in the correct placement. When the page is refreshed, the ad images rotate positions! Help? Thanks!

Have you set the Zone field on your Widget and/or Ad Tags? If this isn't set, it means serve any available ad.
I also noticed that you have created Placements but your ads are targeted directly to the Zones. If you want to use Placements, you should target the ads to the Placements and then target the Placements to the Zones.
