Custom HTML5 banner is not displaying

Demo URLhttp://amazon.madebyavenue.com/adplugg.html

The JSONP.js response is:

"AdPlugg.render({"idx":0,"accessCode":"A48216226","zone":{"class":"zone","id":10841,"machineName":"jon_test"},"message":"No ads found."});"

The ad and zone have been setup correctly to my knowledge.

Hi, it looks like you've set size restrictions on your Zone. These are used to keep ads that are the wrong size out of the Zone so that they don't mess up your layout. At this point, the feature only works with image ads (because image ads have an easy to determine width and height). Unfortunately, AdPlugg isn't able to determine the size of HTML5 ads accurately enough to guarantee that the ad's size meets the size requirements. It is further complicated by the fact that many HTML5 ads are responsive and don't have any real fixed size. Because AdPlugg can't determine the size of the ad, it errs on the side of caution and keeps the ad out of the Zone.

To fix, just clear the values our of the Min Width, Max Width, Min Height and Max Height fields on your Zone.

Sorry for the trouble.
