Can't upload creatives

I can't seem to upload the creatives in the image ads. They just won't show up.

Sorry for the delay, I took a look at your account and it looks like you got it working.  We do have a limit of 5MB on uploads that could have caused the issue.  Please let us know if you continue to have difficulty. -Collin

Edit 2022-02-26: For anyone with high resolution ads (videos, etc), please contact us to have your max size limit increased.

5MB for the whole account or for just one ad?

My creatives were hardly 100kb. It wasn't working at that time, but started working on it's own later.

5MB per upload (just to keep people from accidentally uploading huge files that they probably don't want to use as an ad anyway). Glad to hear that it is now working - please let us know if the problem happens again.
