Image not uploading

I'm trying to upload an image when creating a new ad. It's a .jpg 11.7kb

It showed up at first when I first created the ad, but then suddenly disappeared when I hit save, now it's not showing up at all. I just signed up for and installed AdPlugg so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. The file shows up fine on my computer when I try opening it with different programs, so I don't think there's a problem with the file. Any suggestions?

I have also tried uploading the image as a 30K .png file with no luck.

I took a look at your account and it looks like you have one ad and that it does include an ad image. Are you able to see the image? It kind of sounds like you have an ad blocker running on your computer.
