Hi,

I took a look at your Facebook Instant Articles feed (it's at http://<your site>/feeds/instant-articles).  I then searched for "adplugg" but didn't find adplugg anywhere in your feed.  I did however find adplugg on your home page (I right clicked and then did view source and then searched for "adplugg").  So it looks like you have AdPlugg installed but maybe not yet configured correctly for Facebook Instant Articles.

In the instructions that you referenced, please jump to the "Add the Ads to Your Facebook Instant Articles Feed" section and ensure that you've done each step.  Also confirm that you've taken the steps in the following section entitled "Select AdPlugg as Your Instant Article Ads Provider".  Once you've done all of that, you should be able to see the ads in your feed.

Please let us know how it goes.

I miss these parts: - Go to Appearance and then Widgets. You should now be able to see the Facebook Instant Articles Ads widget area. - Drag and drop the AdPlugg Widget into the Widget Area. - Configure the Widget by giving it a Zone machine name, width and height. Done doing it. I also added zone tag(<div class="adplugg-tag" data-adplugg-zone="zone_machine_name"></div>) to the post but I still don't see the ad in instant article facebook mobile like in the web page. Adplugg is also now showing in my feed "/feed/instant-articles" but not in instant article Does it work to new post only? or the old post will be updated also?
Hi, I took a look at your feed and it looks good now. If you want, you can actually grab one the AdPlugg urls out of the feed and try it (note: you need to unescape all `&amp;` to just `&` for it to work). I did this and your ad renders fine. At this point it is an issue with Facebook. They do seem to have an approval process that unfortunately isn't well documented. You can try posting your issue to the Facebook forum here: https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/
