Hi,

I've got a script like that:

<div id="c5bcb71c-d638-4a08-99ad-f6fbb3d222a7"></div>
<script src="https://service.weben1.com/widget_c5bcb71c-d638-4a08-99ad-f6fbb3d222a7.js"></script>

I've made an ad based on it but it doesn't work. Targeting zone and placement set ok. Can you give me a hand with it?

Regards

Hi, sorry for the trouble. It looks like the ad isn't serving because of the size restrictions that you've set on your Zone. With custom ads, AdPlugg isn't able to determine the ad's size. Since you have strict rules set on your Zone specifying what sizes are allowed, AdPlugg errs on the side of caution and keeps the ad out of the Zone. To get the ad to work, remove the size restrictions on your Zone.

Thx a lot. Deleting size limit works, but only this. When I set size limit and my ad is a little bit smaller it dosen't work (ad is not shown). Why?
Are you still talking about a custom ad? Unfortunately, size restrictions don't work with custom ads no matter the size of the ad or the size set on the restrictions.
