Trying to get a GIF to loop properly

I have 2 ads (for the same company, 'Capito') on two separate sites.
One sits in the sidebar here and the other is in a WP text block within the Post here

The settings for the two ads seem to be identical (loop count set to zero) and when I view them in isolation on my device they do indeed loop infinitely.
But the in-text banner ad insists on looping only once and then stopping. I can't see any difference in how they are set up in Adplugg so I am trying to determine what is causing one if them to loop but not the other.

The WP Themes on each site is different but I can't find any parameters there that should influence the display of html code. Is there anything in Adplugg?

For anyone looking, just to confirm that Collin's answer is correct. I checked the two GIFs as supplied and one of them was not set for looping. The mistake I made before is that I 'checked' to see if they were working by opening them in Mac's Preview. This helpfully looped both of them, making me think (understandably, I feel!) that they were both set up the same.

Thank you Collin

Hi, I don't think that there should be anything in AdPlugg that would effect the looping of a gif. I downloaded both files to my desktop and opened them both in Chrome. The first file loops while the second one does not. Can you double check that the one that you uploaded is the one that is set to loop. It could be that replacing the file on the ad isn't working for some reason. You could try deleting the ad and creating a new one with the gif that you've verified loops.
