Support for Flash Ads

There are some issues with Flash. Biggest of which is that flash isn't supported on iOS (iPhones, iPads, etc). Also, you can do much of the same things with animated .gif files, which are supported.

We've just added a whole bunch of new ad formats including Flash. We've also made it so that you can add a second creative. AdPlugg will automatically "fall back" and display the alternate creative if the user's device doesn't support Flash.
